The McMaster Women in Engineering Society is dedicated to constantly improving the Professional Development opportunities available for our students. We believe professional development is essential in the growth and success for all individuals throughout education and post-university.  The McMaster WIE Society plans to achieve professional development by hosting events throughout the year that expose our students to both technical advancement and professional growth.
